Buying Property in Gurgaon from Dubai

Buying Property in Gurgaon from Dubai

The UAE is the single largest source of overseas enquiries we handle, and the process has settled into a pattern that works.

The time difference helps

Gurgaon is an hour and a half ahead of Dubai. A call at the end of your working day lands in the Gurgaon evening, which is when developers' current availability for the day is known. In practice this means you can run a full shortlisting process without taking time off.

Start with the corridor, not the project

Decide where before you decide what. The corridor sets the commute, the schools, the resale market and roughly the price band. Once it is chosen, the shortlist of projects that fit your budget is usually short enough to compare properly on one call.

Before you fly

Have the shortlist down to three or four, have current pricing and availability confirmed in writing, and have the site visits clustered so two days in Gurgaon are enough. Arriving without this is how people spend a week seeing eleven projects and buying none of them.

The professional advice you will need

Registration, powers of attorney, remittance of funds, tax treatment in India and in the UAE, and anything falling under FEMA are questions for qualified legal, tax and financial professionals. We work alongside yours and coordinate the property side. Treat any property advisor who offers you definitive answers on those subjects with caution.

What we handle from here

Shortlisting, comparison, video walkthroughs, price and availability confirmation, developer coordination, site visits when you land, and documentation and registration coordination afterwards. What we will not do is tell you a project is right when it is not.

Start with a conversation.

Tell us the budget, the city you're calling from, and roughly what you have in mind. We'll come back with a shortlist and an honest view of it.
