Privacy

Planet Landbase LLP collects only the information you choose to send us through an enquiry form, WhatsApp, email or telephone: typically your name, contact details, location, budget and property requirement.

How we use it

We use it to respond to your enquiry, to prepare a shortlist and, where you ask us to, to confirm pricing and availability with a developer on your behalf. We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with third parties other than where necessary to progress a transaction you have asked us to progress.

Developer sharing

If you ask us to obtain pricing, availability or a booking from a developer, we will share the details necessary to do so. We will tell you before we do.

Analytics

This site uses standard web analytics to understand which pages are useful. This records page views and interactions in aggregate, not the content of your enquiries.

Retention and access

We keep enquiry records for as long as needed to advise you and to meet our record-keeping obligations. To ask what we hold, or to have it deleted, email planetlandbase@hotmail.com.
