Our story
25 years of experience in Gurgaon real estate.
Planet Landbase LLP is an independent real-estate advisory firm working in one city.
That focus is the whole proposition. Gurgaon has been through several cycles in that time — corridors that were farmland became addresses, addresses that were premium became ordinary, and roads that were promised for a decade eventually opened. Watching that happen from inside one market is what tells you when a price is fair and when it is ahead of itself.
We work as an advisor and channel partner with the developers building here. We are not owned by any of them, and we do not operate anyone's official website. When a project is not right for a client, we say so.

Meet your advisor
Dhruv Saini
Most people arrive with a budget and a rough idea of an area. The work is in narrowing it — which corridor suits how you actually live, which developer to trust with a long possession date, which floor in which tower, what the price should be, and whether this is the right year to buy at all.
That is the conversation I have every day, often over WhatsApp at odd hours because the client is in Dubai or Toronto. Sometimes it ends with me suggesting you wait. That is part of the job too.
Location, developer, project, configuration, price, timing and long-term suitability — those seven things are what I help people get right.
How we work
What independent means here
- Independent
- We advise across developers rather than selling one developer's inventory
- Verified
- Project facts come from developer documents and carry the date we checked them
- Transparent
- Enquiries reach Planet Landbase, not the developer, and we say so on every page
- Personal
- One advisor from the first question to registration
Start with a conversation.
Tell us the budget, the city you're calling from, and roughly what you have in mind. We'll come back with a shortlist and an honest view of it.
