Buyers usually come to DLF for the established corridors rather than for a discount: the DLF phases, DLF City and the Golf Course Road spine are where most of its Gurgaon resale stock sits. Independent floors inside the phases trade quite differently from apartments in its condominiums, so decide which format you want before comparing prices.
